“Oli’s ability to breakdown, explain and simplify the complex system of breath and Pranayama is a true testament to how deep his own wealth of knowledge and experience is. I have had the pleasure of co-teaching with Oli on various yoga training’s and I am continuously blown away by the way he opens students minds and perspectives on the practice of breathing, not only in our daily lives but also within more complex activities like yoga and free-diving. His engaging, humorous and direct approach to teaching leaves everyone feeling inspired and ready to take on the newly learned concepts. He will forever be my go to guy for Pranayama!”
