Molchanovs Instructor Certifications

The Molchanovs Wave System opens up new doors for freedive instructors all over the world. Not only the courses are top-notch, but even more so, the introduction of the Base Training Community changes the way how freedivers of all levels learn, train and communicate with each other. Every week, Thibault Guignes, Alexey Molchanov, Vitomir Maričić and other top-level athletes create training programs which you can then implement with your students, in your pool, in your area!

The Molchanovs Wave Courses introduce specific techniques which are very interesting for freedivers of each level, such as:

  • Dynamic No Fins (DNF) technique
  • Constant Weight No Fins (CNF) technique
  • Dynamic and constant weight with monofin technique
  • Mental preparation techniques, such as attention deconcentration
  • ..and much more

In the Molchanovs Instructor Courses and Instructor Crossover Course at Freedive Flow you will get familiarized with these techniques and you will learn how to teach them in a meaningful way for each level!
